The Workout
Friday was a rest day. On Saturday I did four sets of:
- 15 burpees
- 10 handstand pushups
- 500m row
I finished 31:21. Those burpees are killer and are easily the long pole in this workout. As I’ve always had to do, my “handstand” pushups were actually done with my knees up on a chair.
The Food
Friday’s breakfast was three fried eggs and half an avocado. For lunch, I had a salad of mixed greens, sweet peppers, pea sprouts, pine nuts, and chicken. I had several handfuls of almonds throughout what was a very long Friday. For dinner, Michelle made some pizza:
It was a normal pizza toppings, but the crust was made of cauliflower, eggs, and cheese.
Saturday morning breakfast was some almond flour pancakes and bacon. For lunch, I had some of the Caveman Crunch cereal that Michelle made the other day, served with whole milk. I also had a banana with the meal. For dinner Michelle made some wonderful crab cakes and asparagus.
